Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Thermally stable and amorphous polyimide thin films were prepared by deposition-polymerization of 3, 4, 9, 10-perylenetetracarboxylic dianhydride (PTCDA) and 4, 4'-diaminodiphenylether (ODA). Co-deposition of PTCDA and ODA yielded polyamide thin film, which is precursor of polyimide. It was important to balance the evaporation of each monomers. The optimum evaporation temperature was 470℃ for PTCDA and 183℃ for ODA. Polyimide thin films were obtained by annealing of the polyamide films at 200℃. Photoluminescence and electric conductivity were improved by deposition-polymerization compared to PTCDA monomers.
