Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Photocarrier mobility in cast films of conducting polymer, poly (3-dodecylthiophene) s, PAT, with the high regioregularity is studied by means of the time of flight method by using ITO/PAT/Al sandwich type cell. It is found that the mobility of poly (3-dodecylthiophene) is 2-3 X 10^<-4>cm^2/Vs, and larger for those with the nonregularity. Electric field dependence of the mobility is also mentioned.
