Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Organic inonic salt crystal, DAST (4-dimethylamino-N-methyl-4-stilbazollium tosylate), excels inorganic materials in its nonlinearity and has very low dielectric constants. Research on DAST crystal growth has been carried out for these several years by us, and the good crystal growth process with reproducibility is established. And the demonstration of E-O sensor has been also performed.
