Working Mechanism and New Approaches for Device Application of Organic Electroluminescent Device

Abstract(in English) Here, basic working mechanism of organic electroluminescent(EL) device is reviewed. Further, approaches for novel device apprications based on organic EL are proposed; for example, EL devices with a molecular size-emissive layer, EL devices with controlled emissive properties by molecular orientation in emissive layer, EL devices combined with low-dimensionalized inorganic semiconductor and so on.
