Abstract(in English) | Here, basic working mechanism of organic electroluminescent(EL) device is reviewed. Further, approaches for novel device apprications based on organic EL are proposed; for example, EL devices with a molecular size-emissive layer, EL devices with controlled emissive properties by molecular orientation in emissive layer, EL devices combined with low-dimensionalized inorganic semiconductor and so on. |
