Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The transit photocurrent was observed by Time of Flight Method. Conducting polymer, Polyaniline emeraldine base(EB) form, was used as the sample. The mobility of casting thin film was investigate under the variety of temperatures and applying electric fields. Exposing the pulse laser at the ITO/EB interface shows the relatively strong photovoltage and the fast transient photocurrent. The drift mobility estimated by the Sher-Montroll Method is the order of 10^<-2> cm^2/Vs resulting the relatively high value.
