Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | Electronic states at conducting polymer/conducting oxide interfaces have been observed by the low-energy photoelectron spectroscopic method. The shifts of ionization potential at conducting polymer/conducting oxide interfaces are different from conducting polymer/metal interfaces. At the interfaces, there is independent of the ionization potential of oxides, electrons are transfered from conducting polymer to conducting oxide, and the electron transfer is enhanced at higher temperature. Although the origin of the electron transfer is not clear at this stage, we speculate that the surface states of ITO play a main role. From this point of view, we showed the energy band model of conducting polymer/conducting oxide(ITO)interfaces. |
