Abstract(in English) | We have fabricated TTF-TCNQ charge-transfer(CT)complex films on PTFE rubbing films by evaporation techniques, and measured the molar ratio of the films by varying the growth temperature. On the other hand, molecular orientation of TTF-TCNQ on PTFE rubbing films was investigated by in-situ polarized optical measurement. TTF-TCNQ CT complex films of the molar ratio of 1:1 were obtained by choosing of the source temperature and the growth temperature, and molecular orientation of TTF-TCNQ crystal grain perpendicular to the PTFE chain was observed. |
