Abstract(in English) Thin films of copper phthalocyanine(CuPc)have been deposited by gas-evaporation method under various kinds of gas and pressure. The morphology, crystallinity and electric property of these films were investigated. The film that was deposited under higher gas pressure had a fiber structure. X-ray diffraction pattern of these films had new peaks which were not observed in α-phase CuPc powder. Vis-UV and FT-IR spectra suggested crystallographic transformation from α-phase to another phase. The electric conductivity of gas-evaporated film increased with increasing gas pressure. The conductivity also showed a time dependence, which resulted in hysteresis curve of I-V characteristics.
