Photoluminescence of Polysilane Oriented Thin Film

Abstract(in English) Highly oriented ultrathin films of poly(dimethylsilylene) were prepared by friction-transfer technique. Photoluminescence (PL) spectra of the films were different from those of powder sample. The PL peak of the thin film was observed at 350nm though the peak of powder was at 360nm. The difference was kept from -200℃ to 250℃. The difference of PL between thin film and powder of poly(diethylsilylene) was also observed
