| 抄録(和) | 近年、導電性の有機材料の研究分野で種々のオリゴマーが合成され、その電子物性が調べられている。これと共に、これらのオリゴマーからなる薄膜を用いた電子素子を数多く提案・試作されている。本稿では、特にチオフォン系のオリゴマーを取り上げて、代表的な電子素田であるFET(電界効果型トランジスタ)およびLED(発光ダイオード)素子への応用について述べ、それらの素子構造での電気伝導を調べる。またこれらの材料の構造的特徴およびオリゴマー薄膜における電気伝導の機構についても考察する。 |
| 抄録(英) | A variety of oligomers are currently synthesized and developed and their electronic properties are under extensive investigation. Various electronic devices using thin films of these oligomers are proposed and fabricated.Typical examples include FETs(field-effect transistors)and LEDs (light-emitting diodes).In this article we focus upon application of oligothiophenes to the FETs and LEDs and investigate electrical conduction on these device configurations. Structural features and conduction mechanism of the oligothiophenes are also discussed. |
