Abstract(in English) Organic electroluminescent(EL) diodes have not been extensively investigated from the standpoint of the film formation.In this report,the organic thin film of Alq_3 famous for emitting layer has been fabricated using ionized beam deposition.We found that the intesity of the Alq_3 photoluminescence increased and the oxygen remained in the film decreased,by the best ionization conditnion,Then.EL diode has also been fabticated.using Alq_3 emitting layer by ionized beam deposition.We also found that the ionization condition control enabled EL diode to increase the emission efficiency and intensity.
