Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We have studied optical and electrical properties in donor molecule adsorbed TCNQ Langmuir-Blodgett(LB)films.In fabricating the adsorption LB films,C_18> TCNQ were used as spreading materials for LB films and TMPD or PPD was used as an adsorbate. The results show that the quantity of charge-transfer complex of adsorption LB films was controlled by changing the concentration of donor molecule in an aqueous subphase. The electric resistivity of the adsorption LB films were 10^4~10^6£Ω・cm!.
