Abstract(in English) Organopolysilanes wdh σ-conjugated Si main chain have attracted much attention following the advances in transporting the carrier through the delocalized σ-electrons.The photocurrent transients in a poly(n-butyl(n-pentyl)silane)have been studied by means of time- of-flight(TOF)drift mobility measurements.The dispersion parameter abruptly decreases at a grass transition temperature.At the same temperature,the degree of the positive field dependence of the drift mobilty changes discontinuously from positive to negative. The results of this study suggests the anomalous charge transport behavior.
