Abstract(in English) | The relation of the conduction and molecular structure of the P・ VDF-TrFE copolymer made by casting method was examined by X-ray diffractometer and ESCA measurements.The pyroelectric current in ferroelectric phase strongly depends on the molecular structure. Besides the effect of dye doped with rhodamine 6G was also examined.The current of the doped sample considerably increases compared to that of undoped one.The hole and electron mobilities of the P・VDF-TrFE copolymer were estimated to be 3×10^-6> cm^2, V ・s and 7×10^-6> cm^2/V・s respectively using the time-of-flight me thod due to irradiation of pulsed KrF excimer laser. |
