Abstract(in English) Photovoltaic propertics of organic, inorganic heterojunction solar cells were investigated for the Au/Pcs/n-Si structure which was constructed by vacuum-deposition of different phthalocyanine derivatives(Pcs) on a single-crystalline n-type silicon (n-Si) wafer.By controlling the morphology of the Pcs layers to be an ultrathin or island-like structure,the power conversion efficiency of the cell was improved as compared to the n-Si/Au Schottky-type cell.The open-circuit photovolatge of the cell increased when Pcs having a lower valence-band energy was deposited.
