Abstract(in English) | Recently,quantum well structure devices with organic material have been extensively investigated.In this report,the fabrication of organic quantum well structure utilizing 8-hydroxyquinoline aluminum (Alq3) and aromatic diamine (TPD) by organic molecular beam deposition have been reported,and its optical and electrical characteristics have been discussed.Photoluminescence spectrum of quantum well structure changes depending on the wavelength of the excitation light and the layer thickness.And photoluminescence intensity is modulated by applying electric field.The mechanism of the light emission bas been discussed in Alq3, TPD quantum well structure. |
