Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Complexes of polyaniline(PANI)with various organic π-electron ac ceptors such as benzoquinones were prepared by the automatic doping method.Relation of their electrical, electrochemical and spectroscopic propertiesto the strength in electron affinity of the acceptors were revealed. Switching devises utilizing PANI complexes obtained PANI solutions was prepared on two terminal electrodes of n-type poly- crystalline Silicone shows varistic and symmetric current- voltage(I-V)response.A field effect current was also observed at PANI-chroranil complex on Silicone substrate.
