Formation of Hetero Nanostructures Consisting of C_<60> and Ceramics by Ion Beam Technique

Abstract(in English) Experimental study on formations of hetero nanostructure consisting of C_<60> and ceramics of TiO_x and SiO_2 has been carried out by using Ionized Cruster Beam apparatus. The best crystallinity of C_<60> molecular films on mica substrates from x-ray diffraction point of view was achieved at a C_<60> acceleration voltage of 500 V. The molecules ware degraded itself by collision at the surface of substrate with accereration voltage more than 1000 V. Evaporation of Ag without acceleration onto C_<60> thin film degraded several monolayers of the molecular crystal near the surface. On the contrary, reactive evaporation of TiO_x and SiO_2 did not act such a phenomeum for C_<60> thin films suggesting a role of oxygen molecules on the surface of molecular crystal as a shock absorber. A superlattice with each C_<60> layer more than 3 mono layers (ML) maintains the original molecular state of C_<60> in this heterostructure. However, in heterostructues with 1ML of C_<60>, a change has been observed the optical absorption spectrum of C_<60>, indicating a large interaction between the C_<60> and ceramics with relatively large dielectric constant.
