Abstract(in English) | Localized states of lead phthalocyanine evaporated films are investigated by temperature and frequency dependence of capacitance and thermally stimulated current measurements. Various changes of electrical properties by air or oxygen gas atmosphere and purity of source materials are also discribed. |
