Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Optical properties of organic thin films can be described using complex refractive index n(λ)+ik(λ). While the extinction coefficient k(λ) directly relates to absorption of photoenergy in molecules, the refractive index n(λ) concerns reflection of incident at interfaces. In this paper, influence of refractive index for the measurement of optical properties is discussed based on the experimental results and numerical calculations.
