Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | Monolayers on a surface of materials (metal, organic materials) are charged due to the displacement of excess charges from the materials. The electrostatic force is working between polar molecules and the materila surface. In the present report, Surface potential measurements, IETS measurements and Displacement current measurements were used for the investigation of the aforementioned interfacial electronic phenomena. |
