Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Heterofilms consisting of polypyrole and poly (3-methylthiophene) were electrolytically polymerized in order to obtain p-n junction devices, and the electrical properties, are investigated. The polymerized heterofilms, are treated with doping or undoping by means of applying voltages in electrolyte. The heterofilms treated at -1.5V showed rectification and it is found that p-n junctions were formed.
