Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Recently, organic electnoluminescentdiode (EL) diodes have been extensively studied and many materials have been used for EL diodes. The emission efficiency have been markedly enhanced by doping dye materials into poly(3-alkylthiophene) (P3AT). For example, emission efficiency of cyclopentadiene derivative doped P3AT reaches more than 500 times than that of undoped P3AT diode. Mechanism of enhancement of emission efficiency has been studied in terms of enengy band structure of dye doped EL diode as well as in that of carrier transport mechanism.
