Abstract(in English) Recently, organic electroluminescentdiode (EL) diodes have been extensively studied and many materials have been used for EL diodes. The high emission efficiency materials have been developed and the layer structure have been developed to exhibit novel characteristics of EL device. In this report, color-variable EL diode which changes emission color by applying the strength of electric field or applying opposite polanjty of electric field.
