Luminesent Property of Organic Electroluminescent Devices with Pyrazoline Dimers

Abstract(in English) Newly syntehsized dimer structures of pyrazoline derivatives ware applied to electroluminescent (EL) devices. When a device structure of [indium-tin-oxide(ITO) / pyrazohine dimer / tris (8-hydroxyquinolinate) aluminum / MgIn] was employed, the device showed a bright green emission with a maximum luminance of 12400 cd/m^2 at 11V and a maximum luminous efficiency of 1.5 lm/W at 250 cd/m^2. When a device structure of [ITO / pyrazoline dimer / oxadiazole derivative / MgIn] was employed, the device showed a bright green emission with a maximum luminance of 4000 cd/m^2 at 10V.
