Abstract(in English) Recently, organic electroluminescent (EL) diodes have been extensively studied and not only materials but also unique structure have been employed for EL diode. We have realized three layered EL diode, which exhibits multi-color emission depending on the polarity of applied electric field. In this report, carrier transport mechanism has been studied in three-layered EL device from the time response of EL emission.
