Abstract(in English) The present theoretical analysis disclosed that the optimized time courses of the concentrations of the species in Ach synthesis at the presynaptic terminal membrane were linear and monotonous. The increases in the weighting coefficients related to the rates of time dependent changes in the concentration of the species influenced little on them while the weighting coefficients for minimizing the expenditure of the control input had a considerable influences not only on the time courses of the concentrations of the species but also on those of the optimized control inputs. The present investigation will be available to evaluate the performance of the Ach synthetic processes at the pre synaptic bottom from the stand point of the optimal control that minimizes the changes in concentrations and expenditure of control energy of the biochemical information transmission.
