Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Photo-induced structural changes in amorphous organic polysilanes has been observed by TOF technique. UV exposure decreases the magnitude of the transient current as reported previously but dose not change the magnitude of the hole drift mobility. The decrease in the collected charge by UV exposure recovers by annealing at room temperature while the collected charge is almost constant after annealing at above 320K. It is shown that such anomalous temperature dependence of the collected charge can be explained by taking into account of a stabilization mechanism of photocreated dangling bonds.
