Abstract(in English) | Electrical and dielectric properties of composite films consisting of carbon black and insulating resin made by the electrostatic coating method are discussed. The percolative behavior for loading of carbon black can be discussed with the same results obtained from the composites by the mixing method. The change in conductive above the percolation threshold is satisfied with the universal law of conductivity. Be low the percolation threshold, however, ac current consists of tunneling current and dielectric loss current. It has been suggested that the effective medium theory is applied to the behavior of the electrical properties of the composites below the percolation threshold. |
