Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Multi-frequency optical recording system is one of promising technology for the development of high density optical media. In order to examine experimentally the possibility of multiplicity proposed, we prepared a LB film composed of J-aggregated cyanine dyes having different absorption peak each other and measured the optical recording properties. Consequently, three dyes having each absorption peak at 50nm intervals in wavelength range of 100nm were selected and each dye was independently recorded by the irradiation of a laser light corresponding to each absorption peak.
