Abstract(in English) Different types of molecular oriented OTiPc solid films were successfully grown on metal electrodes by means of Langmuir-Blodgett technique and by means of vacuum deposition of OTiPc onto selected substrates under controlling both back pressure (10^<-3> - 10^<-5> Pa) and temperature of the substrates (rt - 2OO ℃).
