Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A potentiometric sensor, based on a silicon substrate on which insulating film was deposited, and its applications to biosensor and ion sensor are described. In light-addressable potentiometric sensor (LAPS), pH change of a solution in contact with the insulating film and bias voltage affect the amplitude of light-induced current. On the insulating film, some enzymes which cause pH change were immobilized, and the characteristics of the biosensors were investigated. Furthermore, ion sensor based on the sensing system by immobilizing ionophore on the surface was fabricated and investigated.
