Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | The catalytic activity of DNA-Cu(II) complex for the oxidation of aminoethanthiol (AET) is reversibly inhibited by intercalation with the quinacrine, DNA-biding drug, in a concentration depending manner, which could be detected via an amperometric signal by using DNA-Cu(II) complex entrapping hydrogel and oxgen electrode. |
