Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper presents a simple way for preparing crystals with various natures of sensing films using rubber material. We chose 1,2-Polybutadiene as the base of the sensing film because it has double bonds as the side chain structure. This structure makes it easy to react to and to absorb external materials. We made experiment as a gas sensor using crystals at 9MHz. We adopted many reactive material to change adhesive characteristics and many gasses for under test sample. Experimental results were satisfactory. They showed that the sensors are useful for the repetition use and that a drastic change on selectivity patterns to the various kinds of gas can be observed by changing bonding materials.
