Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this study, multilayer films of arachidic acid having the number of deposited layers between five to forty one were formed on a evaporated gold film as one electrode on a glass substrate, and then another electrode of gold was evaporated on the LB films. Here, each layer of the film has 2.75nm thickness. Nonlinear distortion voltage depending on DC voltage, measured by dual frequency method, were observed for each sample at 4.2K. The sample which had forty one layers showed a clear few peaks.
