Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Aluminum, arachidic acid(C_<20>) multilayered and/or 2-dodecyl-7,7,8,8-tetracyanoquinodimethane(C_<12>TCNQ) multilayered LB films, and aluminum were deposited successively on a substrate. Electric conductance of Al/C_<12>TCNQ/C_<20>/Al structure, Al/C_<20>/C_<12>TCNQ structure, and other control structures in the interface direction were measured using the four-point probe method. Electric conductance of only Al/C_<12>TCNQ/C_<20>/Al structure at the number of deposited LB layers between 3 and 5 was 10 or 100 times higher than that of all the control structures, including aluminum thin films.
