Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Multi-objective optimization method using Genetic Algorithm is proposed. When K functions f_i(p) (i=1, 2,...K) is given as objects of optimization, parent are selected using every combination of i-th and j-th fitness value (i, i ⊂ 1 ,2,...K). Then 2 genes are created by crossing method used in "bit-coded GA", and 1 gene are created along the line in p-space passing points corresponding to parent gene. The latter method is used in the "real coded GA". And 2 better genes are selected between these 3 genes. This makes the distribution of genes in the p-space more smooth and suitable. As an example, Vth and I_ of nMOSFET(0.1 m gate-length), calculated by device simulator, are optimized simultaneously as a function of device structure parameter.
