Abstract(in English) | This paper presents a delay calculation system which considers crosstalk for system LSI design. Conventionally crosstalk induced delay (delay variation) is calculated by static methods with linear resistances and capacitances, but their accuracy is not enough. Combining an algorithm of finding maximum delay variation using non-linear programming and SPICE, the proposed system calculates worst-case delay and worst-case delay variation correctly for critical path where high accuracy delay calculation is needed. For the other paths, the system uses conventional static methods. |
