Simulation of Electronic Wave Propagation in Devices Using Quantum Lattice-Gas Model

Abstract(in English) Lattice-gas model has been attracted wide interest for modeling many physical processes which are described generally by partial differential equations, such as diffusion and wave propagation. And recently, simulation of one-dimensional wavepacekt propagation by using quantum lattice-gas model for the time-dependent Schrodinger equation have been reported. In this study, we apply this model for two-dimensional electronic wave propagation and discuss the accuracy of it.
