Abstract(in English) To estimate process-originated fluctuation of circuit performance, simulation is carried out with varied SPICE parameters. Methods for the simulation are mainly classified into two groups. One group is based on MonteCarlo model, in which parameters are varied in accordance with some probability model. The other is based on so-called corner model, in which simulation is performed with a set of parameters for an extreme case. The latter has the advantage of reduceing simulation time compared with the former, which is an important point to simulate larage scale circuits. This paper describes a system to generate a set of parameters more easily for corner model simulation.
