| 抄録(和) | 本報告では, 多段ファジイ推論を用いて多次元のカオス時系列を推定する問題において, 入力を選択する際に遺伝的アルゴリズム(GA:Genetic Algorithm)を用いて最適化する方法について述べる。入力を数段階に分散して用いる多段ファジイ推論は, 1段のシステムと比較してルール数を大幅に削減でき, 入力変数を多く用いる決定問題に適している。ファジイ推論システムによりカオス力学系を推定する場合には, それぞれの次元を記述するシステムへの入力を推定することは, 力学系の構造を明らかにする上で重要であり, また, システムを簡潔に表現するために必要である。しかし, 多次元のカオスシステムの推定の場合, 入力変数をどのように決定するかという基準はないため, 入力変数の選択において, GAを適用してみる。多段ファジイ推論におけるGAによるメンバーシップ関数の形状最適化, 各段における入力変数の選択にGAを適用する方法を述べ, レスラー方程式で生成された時系列などについて, 実際に予測手法を適用し, 本手法の有効性を確認する。 |
| 抄録(英) | This report deals with the selection of input variables by using the GA for the estimation of multi-dimensional chaotic dynamics based upon the multi-stage fuzzy inference systems. In the desing of multi-stage fuzzy inference systems, we usually use very small number of rules, and the system is applicable to the system indentification using many input variables. It is necessary to determine optimal sets of input variable to the fuzzy inference system by which we analize the structure of the chaotic dynamics. In the report, we utilize the GA to determine the optimal selection of input variables for the multi-stage fuzzy inference systems, as well as the GA application for the optimization of shapes of membership functions. |
