Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We consider the behavior of the reflection coefficient in the complex plane for the quantum mechanical scattering problem with particular interest in the asymptotic distribution of poles and zeros. The structure we study is triple-layer (including sengle barrier and quantum well) structures with balanced external potentials. Asymptotic estimates of poles and zeros with sufficiently large modulus are derived. It is ascertained that there are cointably infinite number of poles and zeros, respecitvely. Distribution patterns of poles as well as zeros are shown to be classified into two types, i. e. linear distribution and logarithmic distribution. It will also be pointed out that a pair is made from a pole and a zero with almost equal imaginary parts.
