| 抄録(和) | 本稿では、2n-1個(nは2以上の正の整数)の負性コンダクタンスセグメントを有する拡張性に優れた新しい非線形トランスコンダクタ回路の構成法を提案している。提案回路は、1個の帰還抵抗を伴う2(n-1)個のOTA回路により構成しており, 提案回路の入出力伝達特性は、SPICEシミュレーションにより確認している。また、提案回路をシグナルフローグラフ手法に基づくChua形カオス回路の非線形素子として応用している。一例として、n=2における提案回路を用いたChua形カオス回路により、トリプルスクロール形ストレンジアトラクタが得られることを、回路シミュレーションにより確認している。 |
| 抄録(英) | A novel nonlinear transconductor circuit (NTC) which has excellent extendibility is proposed.The proposed NTC is composed of 2(n-1) OTA's with a single feedback resistor.The proposed NTC has the I-V characteristic with 2n-1 different negative conductance segments (n≥2, n is an integer).The performance of the proposed NTC has been confirmed by SPICE simulations.As an application to chaos circuits, the proposed NTC is used as a nonlinear element in a signal-flow-graph (SFG) based Chua-type analog chaos circuit.By circuit simulation, the triple-scroll-type strange attractor has been observed in this Chua-type chaos circuit when n=2 for the NTC. |
