| Abstract(in English) | In this paper, we present a new automated layout system for high density full custom LSI design. To achieve high density layout, we made new design component called 「Diffusion Object」 and established automated layout design flow at transistor level design. We describe the mechanism of diffusion pattern merge, relax compaction and common power line. And finally we present some experimental results. |
