Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | Synthesis of filters is based on the principle of the conservation of energy. The scattering matrix used by quantum mechanics satisfies the unitary relating to the principle. However, the theory of quantum mechanics does not directly relate to the principle. This paper tries to constitute the theory based on the principle of the conservation of energy for quantum mechanics. We show the relation between the Schrodinger wave equation and the standing wave for the equivalent circuit generated in resonant tunneling. |
