Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Some methods for the transient analysis of dispersive interconnections composed of high-speed signal transmission lines of small size high density electronic devices. Dispersive portion of the device is analysed as multi-port network by Laplace transformation and inverted numerically into the time domain. The nonlinear equation governing the overall system and convolution integral governing the multi-port portion are solved numerically by discrimination.
