Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A Synthetic Aperture Radar has advantages such as all-day and all-weather observation capability. The image changes according to the observational condition, so a correspondence of a target with the image is not apparent. This situation requires a SAR image simulator to reveal the correspondence and obtain the adequate condition for observation. This paper presents a SAR image simulator configuration which can simulate SAR images in arbitrary conditions with available digital maps. The simulation results show differences of the image which depends on the condition.
