Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Ocean radar has capability in detection and velocity estimation of the ship, as well as velocity estimation of the sea surface from the received signal of HF (High Frequency) or VHF (Very High Frequency). But it sometimes fails in detection due to the Doppler spectrum overlap of sea surface and ship. This failure is improved by suggested method to deploy the several ocean radars. In this paper, we describe the deployment method of ocean radars and its requirements.
