Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Recently, the demand of advanced technology is increasing at space vehicle. State-of-the-art commercial parts are expected to use in high performance satellite. However, it is difficult to apply commercial parts to space equipment because of radiation tolerance or reliability. In order to solve these problems, it is necessary to research the detail of space environment and to compare the effect of cosmic radiation on electric parts with the result of ground test. We developed two equipments for collecting data on radiation tolerance of semiconductor devices under space environment.
