Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Observation methods of ocean wave using a narrow beam radar applied specular reflection theory is discussed. The algorithms estimated the parameters of the water wave based on analyzing Doppler spectrum, Calm ocean wave profile is observed on the algorithms estimated the parameters the water wave by analyzing Doppler frequency of specular back reflection signal. As a result of the experiment, it is cleared that selecting observation of the ocean wave parameters is feasible by adjusting radar antenna elevation angle.
